No Return - Epson Mainboard for L-1800 DTF/DTG Printers - Formatter Motherboard

Update: We regret to inform you that we have decided not to accept returns for this product. Two instances have arisen in which customers claimed issues with the mainboard, but upon investigation, the problems were found to be unrelated. One customer was able to resolve the issue by restarting the printer, while the other customer's problem was likely caused by a different component. Due to the extensive testing required for the mainboard, we have decided to implement a no-return policy. Therefore, if you choose to purchase this product, please note that it is non-refundable. Rest assured, we will conduct a thorough testing process on the mainboard, put our sticker on it, prior to shipping it to you.

Update 2. we regret to inform you that our support does not extend to installation or troubleshooting of your printer. Purchasing this board does not imply we are responsible for addressing printer malfunctions. Presently, we have a customer claiming that her order was incomplete and had "missing parts." Upon inquiry, she presented two components that are unfamiliar to us and are clearly not standard Epson parts. Despite our explanations, she remains insistent, and we are receiving numerous emails on this matter.Here is our reply, "I provided you with a standard Epson mainboard as listed on our website. If your printer has been altered by an external manufacturer not affiliated with us, I may not have the expertise to assist. I'm unfamiliar with the parts you've mentioned as they don’t correspond with standard Epson components. As per your reference to a "missing piece", I can confirm that nothing was omitted from our end." Here I post the picture of the parts that she claims missing, certainly nothing to do with mainboard. 

This Epson Mainboard for L-1800 DTF/DTG Printers Logic Formatter Motherboard has been fully tested using a live device. It demonstrated excellent performance, handling all printing tasks effortlessly. Then we put a BCH sticker on it.

We provide two levels of quality for our components:

• Grade A: These parts are sourced by Kevin from trusted Epson repair centers. These are the same components utilized when replacing parts in a customer's printer, often in a relatively new or mint condition. Typically, they come with Epson's parts sticker (as seen in the accompanying video). These are the type of boards you'd receive if you took your printer to an Epson dealer for a mainboard repair.
• Grade B: These are acquired by Kevin from dismantled L-1800 printers. These boards have generally been used before, but each one is meticulously tested and repaired as necessary.

Regardless of the grade, please rest assured that we thoroughly examine each board before attaching the BCH seal of approval.

However, before installing the printhead, ensure that you possess a reliable FFC cable and a sound printhead. The FFC cable can be visually inspected at both ends to ensure it does not exhibit signs of corrosion or damage.

While the printhead isn't readily inspectable visually, we recommend that if the FFC cable is defective, there's a 99% likelihood that the printhead will also be faulty. If you have access to a functional printer, you could use its printhead for testing purposes.

Please be aware that if a faulty printhead is connected, it could potentially cause immediate damage to the motherboard.
