Returns & Replacements

Unless a different return policy is specified, the Standard Return Policy applies to all products sold on the BCH® website. The Standard Return Policy includes a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for all products, which allows customers to return items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, regardless of the reason. This policy applies to all returns, including those resulting from defects, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product.

It is important to note that a restocking fee may be charged in certain circumstances, and that no refunds will be issued for opened inks. Additionally, the original shipping and handling charges as well as the return shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed or refunded under any circumstances.

Who Pays for Return Shipping and Is there a Restocking Fee?

BCH®, at its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the exclusive right to determine whether a product is, in fact, defective.

If your item is defective:

If you're based in the USA, we will provide you with a postage-paid return label. It's worth noting that many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage, so if you purchased the OEM item with retail packaging, please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranties Policy for more information. Please be advised that we will not reimburse or refund any original shipping and handling charges.

For international customers, we are unable to provide a postage-paid return label. However, we will reimburse you for the original shipping fee you paid. For instance, if you bought a $50 item with $25 shipping to Greenland and discover that the product is defective, you will need to pay for the return shipping. Once we receive the item, we will refund both the $50 purchase price and the $25 shipping fee.

Regarding restocking fees, we do not charge any restocking fees for defective items.

If the product is not defective:

Please be advised that in the event of a return, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. Additionally, it's important to note that the inability to use a product on your machine does not necessarily indicate a defect. BCH® reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective. The original shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed or refunded.

For non-defective units, a restocking fee will apply, which is equal to either a minimum of $5 up to the product's price. We kindly request that the returned item be in excellent condition. The amount of the restocking fee, ranging from 10% for unopened items in good condition to 100% for opened ink, dirty cartridges, and installed CIS, will be determined solely by BCH®. Please note that if a product has a BCH warranty sticker and the seal is broken, a 100% restocking fee will apply, and no refund will be issued.

Products labeled  "No Return" or in "No Return" Category

At our company, we take great care in ensuring the quality and reliability of all the products we offer. However, due to the nature of some items, we have a "No Return" category in which we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. As a small business, we are unable to absorb the costs associated with customers buying items simply to "try them out" and then returning them if they do not fix printers as expected.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, and we take pride in our workmanship. Every part is tested before it is shipped to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality. We understand that it can be frustrating to purchase something and then find that it is not compatible with your printer, but we urge our customers to carefully review the product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase to ensure that the item will meet their needs.

All the digital products are not returnable, no matter if it's been downloaded or not.

Return Method

o initiate a return, please submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address via the following link: https://support.bchtechnologies.com.

After receiving approval for the return, please discontinue use of the product and return it within 7 days. BCH must receive the returned product within 21 days of approval. If a return label is provided by BCH (as described above), it will be sent to the email address associated with the order. The buyer is responsible for printing out the label within 7 days and shipping the product to BCH. If the email containing the label is not received, the buyer should check their spam folder. BCH will not re-send the label. If the label cannot be located, the buyer must cover the cost of return shipping.

If a return is not received within 21 days of approval, the return will be closed and no refund will be issued.

Please include a copy of the original invoice with the return order and add a brief note to the invoice if you have any additional information or comments to provide.

Liquidated Damages and Liabilities

Using a third-party refill product carries inherent risks, including the potential for voiding the printer's warranty, causing printer damage, property damage, wasted time, bodily injury, or emotional trauma. We can only offer a full refund of the product purchase price and do not assume liability for any damages outside of our product.

Furthermore, we recommend that users take appropriate precautions when using our refill products, such as covering the refill area with newspaper, refraining from placing ink bottles on antique furniture, and wearing gloves and eye protection. If you are uncomfortable with the possibility of printer damage resulting from using a refill product, we recommend using OEM products instead.
