A white ink mixer is a piece of equipment used to properly mix or agitate white ink used in printing processes. White inks tend to be thicker and have more pigment particles than other colors, and these particles can settle at the bottom of the container when the ink is not in use. After receiving the Grade A L1800 mainboard back from verification from BCH Tech and it still did not work on either of my computers (Win10 & Win11) as the same error was showing, I finally found a solution. I had to reinstall Windows (new install overtop of existing to keep all files and apps, but fixes any corrupted files) on both computers and not it is working properly. I apologize for the original negative review but rest assured it is not Kevin's fault. Thanks for you understanding and sorry for the original review.
