I took my DTF printer to BCH after it had been sitting for several months and would not print. I received the best customer service! My printer was not only repaired quickly, but now prints better than ever! I would not hesitate to recommend BCH (Kevin) to anyone needing service. Kevin also took the time to provide me with much needed education on cleaning at end of day and what to do when I start using the printer. He was truly a professional! Thank you Kevin!

I found a YouTube video online posted a year ago from Kevin at BCH Store that showed how to resolve a printhead carriage jam of an HP Officejet Pro 6978 (my printer). This 62-year-old woman has NEVER done anything involving repairs (except for changing a light bulb, literally). I ordered both the small plastic gear that broke in my printer and the HP screwdriver head attachment, both referenced and recommended in the video... I received my order within 2 days! I sat in the middle of my bedroom floor watching the Olympics and winning my OWN gold medal in computer repairs...I DID IT!!! I followed Kevin's instructions in the video to the letter and now my printer is working again! I absolutely cannot believe it!!! I wanted to email you to thank you so much for quick delivery service and for a GREAT video teaching tool...I DID IT!!!

My Epson ET-15000 was clicking and moving every few seconds. I had no printing jobs in Q. I'm a vocalist with Vertigo Vibe and Class Act out of Harrisburg PA. I use my printer to create large oversized posters from time to time. I went to Epsons site and I found nothing. I did a Google search as follows: epson et-15000 keeps moving and clicking when just sitting there. Your advice was spot on I had put the warranty paperwork under the printer and it was being chomped up in to the paper feeder from below. You guys are pretty darn smart! Fixed!
