• We’ve received several inquiries about the origin of our Epson printheads. These printheads were sourced from a reputable Epson repair facility, with which Kevin has worked for seven years. The facility confirmed that the printheads are brand new.

  It’s important to note that some Epson printheads do not come with a seal, as they are intended for production use, not for retail. Each batch typically includes a few without an Epson seal, so we cannot guarantee that the one you receive will have one. Even if a seal is present, the bottom of the box will be open. This is standard practice, as repair facilities check whether the printhead contains sufficient maintenance fluid and add more if needed. 

  Please be aware that the repair facility does not accept returns or complaints, which means we cannot offer any guarantees. The final decision to purchase rests with the buyer, so any concerns should be carefully considered before making a purchase.

• Epson has established a monthly allocation for their authorized distributors for the distribution of new printheads. As a result, if the product is currently unavailable, we kindly request that you do not inquire about its restocking status.
