Available Conditions
You may select from the following options:
Brand New
We have received many questions about the source of our Epson printheads. These printheads come from a reputable Epson repair facility that Kevin has worked with for many years. The facility has confirmed that these printheads are brand new.
Please note:
- Some brand new Epson printheads do not come with an Epson seal
- These printheads were originally intended for production or repair-facility use, not standard retail packaging
- Typically, about 50% to 70% of a batch may arrive without an Epson seal
- Because of this, we cannot guarantee whether the unit you receive will have a seal
- Even when a seal is present, the bottom of the box may be open
This is normal for repair-facility stock. Facilities may inspect the printhead and confirm that it contains sufficient maintenance fluid, adding more if necessary before storage or shipment.
Used Grade A
Grade A printheads are thoroughly tested and confirmed to produce a perfect nozzle check. These units are in excellent cosmetic condition and are very close to mint condition. In appearance, they are typically about 99% like new.
Used Grade B
Grade B printheads are also thoroughly tested and confirmed to produce a perfect nozzle check. There is no print quality difference between Grade A and Grade B. The difference is cosmetic only.
Grade B units will show visible signs of wear from prior use. These are commonly used in repaired printers or in converted DTF printer builds where cosmetic appearance is less important than performance.
Testing and Condition Notes
Both Grade A and Grade B units are performance-checked before sale. We make sure they are capable of producing a perfect nozzle check prior to shipment. However, because installation conditions vary greatly, we cannot guarantee results after installation.
No Returns / No Warranty
Please understand that the repair facility we source from does not accept returns or complaints. For that reason, we are unable to provide returns, exchanges, or warranty coverage on this item.
The final decision to purchase is entirely the buyer’s. If you have any doubts, please do not purchase.
Stock and Restocking
Epson controls monthly allocation for new printheads through authorized distribution channels. Availability is limited and may change at any time.
Please do not contact us to ask:
- whether the item is in stock
- when it will be restocked
If the listing allows you to purchase the item, then it is currently in stock. We are not able to provide restocking estimates.
Communication Policy
We do not offer phone calls to discuss this product. All information we provide is contained in the listing and video presentation. Please review the full listing and watch the video before purchasing.
This item is best suited for buyers who are already confident in what they need and do not require additional consultation before purchase.
Why Our Price Is Higher
We strongly encourage you to watch the full video presentation. It explains why this product may be priced significantly higher than similar listings you may see on Amazon or eBay.
Lower-priced options do exist in the marketplace. However, our offering is intended for serious buyers who understand the value of verified sourcing, testing, and product knowledge before purchase.
Kevin’s Recommendation
To get the best life from any printhead, proper printer maintenance is critical.
Please keep the following in mind:
- If your previous printhead clogged because of bad ink or poor maintenance, installing a new printhead into the same conditions may clog it again
- If your previous printhead failed electrically and you do not fix the underlying fault, a replacement printhead may fail again as well
- If old ink, contamination, or a printer-side problem remains in the system, the new printhead may be damaged or perform poorly
Before installing a replacement printhead, make sure the printer is properly diagnosed, cleaned, and repaired as needed.

Best thing ever!! i used to put cleaning solution in the capping station with a syringe/hose then had to suck out f the wast line with a syringe.... over and over until the capping station was clean. maybe up to 10 times. now i just use maybe 1 or 2 - 30ml syringes full of water and the pump cleans it out so good.... then I put capping solution, place printhead over capping station and turn on the back of the machine. thats it. when i print again, usually next day, I pull from waste tank a few times until I get ink, then i run 1 head cleaning , print a test strip and usually good to go. I sometimes print a 2nd test strip. SO MUCH easier to use this little pump. so glad I bought it.

This is a must have modification to save time troubleshooting. You will need to download Kevin's capping station video to disassemble the capping station. A definite must. You will also need a few other connections to hook this up. All parts are linked in his videos. Pro tip. Have patience and go slow. This modification will save you from a lot of headaches . I did this mod on Procolored L1800 about a year old . Thanks Kevin.

Waste Ink Collection Tank Combo with Small Tube for Epson (AS-EP-WASTE-25MM)
I purchased this product and messed it up first time. I somehow got superglue onto the main circuit board on the colour cartridge and for some reason (not sure how) I messed up the black one too. I repurchased the product (x2). I tried again with the colour one first (which is meant to be the most difficult). I was careful to wrap the circuit board and print head in cling film and taped it down on top. I was careful with the superglue and let it dry upside down for 24 hours so that if the glue leaked anywhere it wouldn't go towards the circuit board. It works great. I now have a functioning refillable colour cartridge. I am glad I got the hardest one out of the way first. I will shortly try the black one. But fantastic that overall, I know this product will save me a fortune in printing now. The colour one is obviously the hardest and it works! Good job guys. (I am from the UK which is why we spell colour with a u lol).
