Color Selection — Community Vote
Because this is the first production run, the final production color has not yet been determined.
When placing your order, simply select the color you prefer. Your selection acts as a vote, and the colors receiving the most orders will be selected for production.
Final color will be determined by total orders and may differ from the color selected in your order.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
-
This is a pre-order with an estimated wait time
-
The final color received may differ from the color selected
A3+ Professional Roll-to-Roll DTF Printer
This A3++ DTF printer is designed for operators who need a stable, production-ready machine, rather than a fragile converted printer.
Many DTF printers on the market today are converted from used photo printers such as the Epson 1390 or L1800. Those printers often come with years of previous wear.
This printer instead uses a brand-new printer platform, professionally modified and optimized specifically for DTF roll-to-roll production.
The result is a system focused on:
• Reliability
• Simplicity
• Continuous production printing
High-Speed XP-600 Printhead
Traditional 1390 / L1800 DTF printers typically produce 0.4–0.6 m² per hour at 1440 × 1440 resolution, which can limit productivity when handling larger orders.
This printer is equipped with the industrial XP-600 printhead, capable of producing up to 1 m² per hour at 1440 × 1440 resolution. In 720 × 1440 production mode, output can reach approximately 2 m² per hour, depending on RIP settings and image coverage.
✔ Up to 1 m²/hour at 1440 × 1440 (high-quality mode)
✔ Up to 2 m²/hour at 720 × 1440 (production mode)
✔ Nearly double the throughput of typical 1390/L1800 printers
This allows you to produce more transfers in less time, improving workflow efficiency and supporting higher-volume printing.
A3+ (and more) Extra-Wide Printing Area
Maximum Print Width:
335 mm (13.2 inches)
| Format | Width |
|---|---|
| A3 | 297 mm (11.4") |
| A3+ | 329 mm (13.0") |
| A3++ (This Printer) | 335 mm (13.2") |
The extra width allows larger transfers and more efficient layout, helping maximize film usage.
Built for Production
This printer is designed with high-volume DTF printing in mind.
Many components typically found in converted printers were removed or simplified to reduce failure points.
The goal is simple:
Reliable printing without unnecessary complexity.
High-Torque Industrial Carriage Motor
Many converted printers still use carriage motors originally designed for standard photo printers. During extended DTF printing, these motors can overheat or slow down.
There are two main reasons for this:
First, heat buildup during long print jobs affects the electrical resistance of the motor’s coils. As the resistance rises, the carriage motor loses efficiency and the printing speed gradually decreases. You may not notice this when printing a few designs, but during larger production runs the printer can become progressively slower.
Second, repeated overheating weakens the motor’s internal magnets over time. As the magnetic strength declines, the carriage motor loses torque, causing the printer to run slower and slower after months of operation—even when the motor itself is no longer overheating. For theory behind it, see Mabuchi's Office Site: https://www.mabuchi-motor.com/product/knowledge/performance/environmental.html
This printer features a high-torque industrial carriage motor designed specifically for continuous operation. The internal coil structure has been redesigned with optimized winding density to reduce heat buildup during long print runs. As a result, the motor maintains stable performance and eliminates the gradual slowdown commonly seen in converted DTF printers.
Benefits:
✔ Stable carriage movement
✔ Consistent printing speed
✔ Completely Eliminated overheating during long runs
Precision PF Step Motor (Film Feed)
Film advancement is driven by a precision stepper PF motor, providing:
✔ Accurate roll-to-roll film movement
✔ Stable long production runs
✔ Consistent transfer alignment
Intelligent Maintenance System
This printer includes an Intelligent Maintenance System designed to reduce manual maintenance and improve printhead reliability.
Instead of relying on fixed timers, the system monitors operating conditions including:
• Ambient temperature
• Humidity levels
• Printer usage patterns
• Idle time between print jobs
Based on these conditions, the printer automatically determines the optimal maintenance timing and procedure.
Benefits
✔ No need to constantly monitor humidity
✔ No requirement to maintain humidity above 50%
✔ No daily manual maintenance routines
✔ Reduced risk of printhead drying or clogging
✔ Simplified operation
Simply turn on the printer and let the system handle maintenance automatically.
Anti-Clog Startup Protection
DTF printers may sit idle between print jobs, which increases the risk of nozzle clogging.
This printer includes Anti-Clog Startup Protection, which performs a controlled preparation procedure whenever the printer powers on.
Benefits:
✔ Reduces risk of nozzle clogging
✔ Helps maintain white ink flow
✔ Ensures stable printhead condition before printing
✔ Improves reliability after idle periods
Idle Protection Mode
When the printer is not actively printing, it automatically enters Idle Protection Mode.
During idle periods, the printer intelligently maintains the ink system to prevent drying and sediment buildup.
Features
• Automatic white ink circulation
• Printhead moisture protection
• Scheduled maintenance cycles when needed
Benefits
✔ Prevents white ink settling
✔ Protects the printhead during downtime
✔ Reduces manual maintenance
Operators can leave the printer on without constant maintenance concerns.
Intelligent White Ink Circulation
White ink settling is one of the most common problems in DTF printing.
This printer includes an intelligent white ink circulation system that analyzes usage patterns and automatically circulates white ink when needed.
This helps prevent:
• White ink separation
• Nozzle clogging
• Ink sediment buildup
Magnetic White Ink Stirrer
Instead of traditional gear-driven mixers, this printer uses a magnetic stirring system.
Advantages:
✔ Quiet operation
✔ No gear grinding noise
✔ Fewer mechanical parts
✔ Reduced risk of spills or mechanical failure
Anti-Spill Low-Profile Ink Tanks
The printer uses low-profile anti-spill ink tanks designed for stability and portability.
Benefits:
✔ Reduced spill risk
✔ Easier transportation
✔ Ideal for trade shows or mobile printing setups
Composite Metal Interior Frame
The printer uses an Full-Composite internal structure, providing:
✔ Improved durability
✔ Better heat stability
✔ Long-term reliability

I purchased this product and messed it up first time. I somehow got superglue onto the main circuit board on the colour cartridge and for some reason (not sure how) I messed up the black one too. I repurchased the product (x2). I tried again with the colour one first (which is meant to be the most difficult). I was careful to wrap the circuit board and print head in cling film and taped it down on top. I was careful with the superglue and let it dry upside down for 24 hours so that if the glue leaked anywhere it wouldn't go towards the circuit board. It works great. I now have a functioning refillable colour cartridge. I am glad I got the hardest one out of the way first. I will shortly try the black one. But fantastic that overall, I know this product will save me a fortune in printing now. The colour one is obviously the hardest and it works! Good job guys. (I am from the UK which is why we spell colour with a u lol).
