BCH ST2K-DTF A4 DTF Printer with White Ink

Print full-color designs with a white backing layer for transfers onto light and dark garments. The BCH ST2K-DTF combines a modified mainboard, reprogrammed film-sensing controls, adjustable film supports, and a four-channel CMY+W ink system.

Windows x64 only. Requires Yink Studio for CMY+W printing and automatic cleaning.

Modified to print directly on DTF film

BCH modifies the mainboard and reprograms the PW and PE sensor controls to support printing directly on DTF film. Adjustable front and rear supports help position the film as it travels through the printer.

White ink for dark-garment transfers

Print color artwork and a white backing layer on film, then finish and heat-press the transfer onto a suitable garment. The white layer provides a base for designs applied to dark fabric.

The ST2K-DTF uses cyan, magenta, yellow, and white. Yink Studio combines CMY to create dark and black image areas, leaving the fourth channel for white ink. There is no dedicated black channel; color and deep-black results depend on the artwork, ink, profile, and settings.

Automatic cleaning through Yink Studio

• Cleaning between pages: Tracks the area covered by white ink and triggers cleaning when the configured threshold is reached.
• Timed cleaning: Runs scheduled cleaning while the printer is idle. Keep Yink Studio running and the printer available for cleaning.
• No separate WIMS required: Reduces the need for extensive daily manual maintenance without a separate White Ink Management System.

Nozzle checks, proper white-ink handling, waste-bottle care, and storage procedures remain necessary. Scheduled cleaning does not detect clogs or replace all maintenance.

Adjustable film support

The BCH four-point adjustable front platen lets you set the support height and angle to suit the film path. Its built-in bubble level provides a reference during adjustment. The adjustable rear extension supports incoming film.

Print repeated designs on longer film

Use A4 sheets or longer pieces cut from A4-width film rolls. Yink Studio’s repeat-layout tools let you arrange multiple designs along the loaded film.

Support the film as it exits. This is a manually handled cut-film workflow, not an automatic roll-to-roll system. A maximum supported print length has not been established.

Reset the waste counter without buying keys

Reset the waste-ink counter using the supplied software tool. No physical resetter or paid reset keys are required. This utility is separate from the Yink Studio license.

The external waste bottle makes collected ink accessible for monitoring and emptying. Resetting the counter does not empty the bottle.

Refillable ink system and guided setup

External tanks provide access for refilling, with a larger supply tube for white ink. The instruction video covers assembly, ink filling and charging, software installation, film feeding, nozzle checks, and maintenance.

Before ordering

• Computer: Windows x64 only. Windows on ARM, 32-bit Windows, macOS, iPad, and iPhone are not supported.
• Software: Yink Studio is required. Choose the package’s license inclusion and duration above.
• Separate purchases: DTF adhesive powder, suitable curing equipment, a heat press, computer, and garments.
• Condition: Built from a used Epson printer converted by BCH, using new and refurbished components. This is a BCH conversion, not an Epson factory DTF product.
• Setup: Assembly, ink charging, software configuration, and routine maintenance are required.

BCH Limited Warranty

• Printer hardware and conversion workmanship: 90 days from delivery. Covers defects in the mainboard, power supply, motors, feed mechanism, and BCH conversion hardware.
• Printhead: 30 days from delivery. Covers printhead defects. Routine nozzle cleaning is maintenance and is not included.
• Covered repairs: BCH repairs or replaces covered defective components without charging for parts or repair labor. Replacement components may be new or refurbished.
• Warranty Shipping: Customers pay shipping to BCH and return shipping for warranty service, except where applicable law or marketplace policies require otherwise.
• Exclusions: Normal wear, consumable use, and damage caused by misuse, improper storage, incompatible ink, or failure to follow documented maintenance instructions. Clogging caused by these conditions is excluded; clogging resulting from a covered defect remains eligible under the applicable warranty.
