Fully Converted ET-8550 DTF Printer – Choose No Printhead, Tested Used Printhead, or New Printhead
$850.99
This professionally converted ET-8550 uses the BCH KevinV2 DTF conversion system and is available in three printhead configurations to match your budget and technical needs. Every printer includes the complete electronic control system, essential structural bracket and red drag chain kit, whole ink system, white ink mixing and circulation system, relocated components, installed sensors, wiring, calibration, and conversion testing.
Choose Your Printhead Option
Level 1 – No Printhead: $849.99
Includes a fully converted ET-8550 without a printhead. This option is intended for experienced technicians or customers who already have a compatible printhead. The printer cannot print until a working printhead is installed.
Level 2 – Tested Used Printhead: $1,149.99
Includes a tested, working used printhead, installation, ink-system setup, calibration, and a completed test. This option provides a ready-to-use system at a lower cost than the new-printhead version.
Please note that the term “used printhead” in this listing has a different meaning from the stand-alone Grade A and Grade B used printheads we sell separately. Grade A and Grade B printheads are individually classified products and include a 30-day warranty. The printhead included with this Level 2 printer is not classified as Grade A or Grade B.
We normally use the printhead that originally came with the printer and service it until it can produce satisfactory DTF prints. Because it is a previously used electronic and fluid-handling component with an unknown service history and unpredictable remaining lifespan, it is provided as-is, is final sale, and this option does not include a printhead warranty after delivery.
This option is intended for customers who want a complete, ready-to-print system at a lower initial cost and understand the risks associated with a used printhead.
Customers who prefer a Grade A or Grade B printhead may purchase the printer without a printhead in option 1 and add the desired stand-alone printhead to the same order. We will not install it in the printer, but the printhead will be covered by the applicable 30-day warranty.
Coverage for BCH conversion workmanship and qualifying installed conversion components remains separate from the used-printhead policy.
Level 3 – New Printhead with 30-Day Limited Warranty: $1,449.99
Includes a new printhead, professional installation, ink-system setup, calibration, and a completed test print before shipment.
The new printhead includes a 30-day limited warranty beginning on the confirmed delivery date. This warranty applies only to a verified internal printhead failure occurring during normal operation and proper maintenance.
The warranty does not cover clogging, dried ink, sediment, air entering the ink system, improper humidity, failure to agitate or circulate white ink, incorrect shutdown procedures, incompatible ink, contaminated ink, physical damage, cable damage, electrical damage, improper flushing, customer disassembly, removal of dampers, modification, neglect, or operation outside the supplied instructions.
Warranty service requires troubleshooting information requested by BCH Technologies, which may include nozzle checks, photographs, videos, maintenance records, ink information, and return of the printer or printhead for inspection. A replacement or repair will be provided only after BCH confirms that the covered printhead itself failed under the terms of the limited warranty.
The warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted production, reimbursement for ink, film, garments, labor, shipping delays, lost revenue, or other consequential expenses.

Important Information
This is a converted printer intended for DTF printing. DTF ink, film, powder, RIP software, curing equipment, heat press, computer, and production supplies are not included unless specifically stated.
The no-printhead version is not ready to print and requires installation of a compatible working printhead. Used printheads may show normal prior use and are tested for operation before shipment. New printhead availability may vary.
DTF printers require regular maintenance, proper humidity, white ink circulation, agitation, cleaning, and correct shutdown procedures. Failure to maintain the system may result in clogging, air entry, ink separation, or printhead damage.
Minor component colors, bracket designs, tubing styles, and connector layouts may vary as the KevinV2 system is updated. Any substitutions will serve the same intended function.

Instruction Sheet for L1800 / 1390 Printhead Testing with Multimeter (Digital Download) Instant Download — Delivered to Your Email
Best thing ever!! i used to put cleaning solution in the capping station with a syringe/hose then had to suck out f the wast line with a syringe.... over and over until the capping station was clean. maybe up to 10 times. now i just use maybe 1 or 2 - 30ml syringes full of water and the pump cleans it out so good.... then I put capping solution, place printhead over capping station and turn on the back of the machine. thats it. when i print again, usually next day, I pull from waste tank a few times until I get ink, then i run 1 head cleaning , print a test strip and usually good to go. I sometimes print a 2nd test strip. SO MUCH easier to use this little pump. so glad I bought it.

TMS Printhead Maintenance System by BCH: Comprehensive Cleaning and Maintenance Solution
This is a must have modification to save time troubleshooting. You will need to download Kevin's capping station video to disassemble the capping station. A definite must. You will also need a few other connections to hook this up. All parts are linked in his videos. Pro tip. Have patience and go slow. This modification will save you from a lot of headaches . I did this mod on Procolored L1800 about a year old . Thanks Kevin.
