Kevin is the best at BCH. I had no clue what I needed, so I sent a picture to BCH and within 30 minutes, I had a response from Kevin, during off hours if I recall right. That's a big plus for a quick response! Kevin was able to identify my needs from the picture sent. I ordered the parts and within a few days, I received my items. Before I bought a DTF printer I was aware of all the issues I was going to come across so I did my study. Kevin I watched your videos daily. Once I got my machine I was running it like a workhorse well that didn't last long haha. I was excited everything I learned went out the door! Reality kicked in and everything that everyone said came true. Your going to fail the first time now that I know what I did wrong. Here comes round 2. Bring it!
