BCH MaxStrength™ RED Professional Cleaning Solution for Water-Based Inks: Dye, Pigment, Sublimation, DTF - NOT FOR SOLVENT UV INK
$15.99 $19.99
For Water-Based Inks: Dye, Pigment, Sublimation & Moderate DTF Clogs
NOT FOR SOLVENT, ECO-SOLVENT, OR UV INKS
BCH MaxStrength™ RED is our strongest water-based printhead cleaning solution for restoring clogged, banding, or dried nozzles. This advanced formula works from the inside of the printhead, penetrating internal ink channels, nozzle plates, dampers, and capping components.
Compatible with printers using water-based inks:
Epson, Canon, HP, Brother, wide-format, desktop, and converted DTF systems.
⭐ DTF-Capable (Normal & Medium Clogs)
This solution safely dissolves:
DTF pigment buildup
Light to medium resin deposits
Dried dye and pigment ink
Sublimation sediment
Nozzle-plate surface clogs
Internal channel restrictions
For normal and medium DTF clogs, MaxStrength™ RED is highly effective on its own.
🚀 NOT For Heavy or Caked DTF Clogs When Used Alone
DTF ink can harden into caked resin, forming rubbery, crusted, or plastic-like deposits-especially after long idle periods or heat exposure.
For these heavy, caked DTF blockages, use:➡️ BCH MaxStrength™ RED (this product) + BCH DTF Booster (1:1 mix)
This creates a high-power cleaner specifically designed for severe, hardened DTF contamination.
⚠️ FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY
This is an industrial-strength cleaning solution.
If you have never unclogged a printhead before, do not buy this product.
No instructions are included because this product is intended for trained users who already know safe printhead cleaning procedures.
If MaxStrength™ RED cannot restore a printhead, the printhead is likely beyond recovery.
For routine maintenance, light clogs, or economic use, choose our GREEN or CLEAR cleaners instead.
🛠 How to Use
1) Deliver the solution into the printhead
A) Cartridge Delivery (recommended)
Fill an empty refillable cartridge with MaxStrength™ RED
Install the cartridge and run the printer’s built-in cleaning cycle
This draws the solution through the internal ink channels and into the nozzles
B) Flushing Tool (direct injection into ink ports)
Use a syringe + tubing flushing kit
Gently push MaxStrength™ RED into each ink inlet port on the printhead
This method targets internal clogging and dried channels
C) Spot Treatment on the Nozzle Plate (DTF users)
Place 1–2 ml of MaxStrength™ RED in a shallow tray or small dish
Rest the printhead nozzle-plate-down so only the metal plate touches the liquid
This softens surface clogs, crusted DTF residue, and dried pigment
Do NOT submerge the entire printhead
2) Let it rest
Allow the solution to sit inside the printhead for 12 hours.
3) Resume printing
Refill the printer with ink and run 3-5 printhead cleanings.
Repeat if necessary.
💥 For Heavy/Caked DTF Clogs (Use With Booster Only)

Yes, you can easily make your own with a washed out water bottle but these come ready to go and are a better quality plastic. I won’t be using mine as a waste tank since I have a my CISS but will be using the bottle for my maintenance and cleaning solutions.

XLARGE Waste Ink Collection Tank Combo with Small Tube for Epson (AS-EP-WASTE-25MM)
I can’t say enough about this company! Sent my main board in for repair and they were fast and the cost was reasonable. They are also quick to respond. This is not the first item I’ve purchased from them and won’t be the last. Also, the YouTube videos are a must to watch!

I have an old Epson ET-2750 eco tank printer, which I have used for years, and since it is uses refillable ink tanks, have used very little ink over the years. I love this printer because I can print lots and lots of pages, including double-sided at very low cost, and it is very reliable. I recently had a paper jam, which is very unusual. When I took off the back panel to clear the jam, I accidentally dropped it on the floor, and when I replaced the back panel, the printer jammed every time I tried to print double-sided. I found a small plastic piece on the floor that fit on one end of the roller, but didn't realize I was missing the other end. I eventually noticed that there was a gear on the back panel next to where the roller fits into the panel. I deduced that I must be missing a gear to pop into the end of the roller, to mesh with the gear on the panel. I couldn't find the missing gear anywhere, and figured my cats must have lost it or my wife might have swept it up when sweeping the floor, and discarded it. Through a Google search, I found BCH Technologies, ordered the part from them, it fit perfectly, and now I can print double-sided again on my faithful old Epson printer. I very much appreciated being able to get the missing part from them. I thought the price for the part and shipping was high for such a small part, but that was the only down side.
