This is a professionally converted A3 DTF system, purpose-built for direct-to-film printing and engineered with long-term printhead health, white ink stability, and reliable film feeding in mind.

This printer is based on my refined Kevin V2 ET-8550 DTF conversion platform, developed through years of real-world DTF rebuilding, testing, production, and repair experience. Each unit includes the latest improvements and upgrades we have developed through continuous hands-on work.

Permanent Waste Ink Reset

The waste ink chip is permanently reset, so you will not need to manually reset the waste tank chip.

Reprogrammed Sensors — Major Upgrade

The following sensors are reprogrammed for DTF film handling:

• Page Width, PW, sensor

• Paper Feed, PF, sensors

• Paper Eject, PE, sensors

This helps provide:

• Smoother feeding

• Reduced false paper jam errors

• More stable DTF film transport

Converted and Waterproofed Printhead

The printhead is converted to a nipple-style configuration and supports V3 dampers, a significant upgrade over the V2 setup.

Compatible with:

• XP600 printheads

• Nipple-converted ET-8550 printheads

The conversion cover is reusable for future conversions.

Integrated Printhead Maintenance System

This platform is designed specifically for extended printhead life and easier maintenance. It includes:

• Dedicated printhead maintenance unit

• Auto-balanced secondary white ink pressure tank

• Dedicated maintenance tank

• TMS priming system

• Capping station cleaning support

This system is built for white ink stability and long-term reliability, not just short-term output.

Advanced White Ink Management

White ink is the most challenging part of DTF printing. This system is engineered to manage it properly with:

• Smart white ink mixer system

• Automatic circulation design

• 5µ white ink filter installed

• External waste tank

This setup focuses on reducing sedimentation, pressure imbalance, and clogging.

Printhead Warranty, Nozzle Check Disclosure, and Service Plan

A 30-day printhead warranty is included on printers sold with a printhead. A one-year service plan is also included with the printer body. 

These units are converted from used ET-8550 printers. If you select a version with an used printhead, the printhead is used. Because of this, I cannot guarantee a 100% perfect nozzle check. If you are focused on getting every single pixel perfect on the nozzle check, this printer is not for you.

However, a perfect nozzle check is not required for successful DTF production. I teach color rotation and compensation techniques on my YouTube channel to manage minor nozzle loss. I offer a 30-day warranty on a printhead that can print shirts because I have full confidence in this platform and believe it is easy to maintain and operate when used properly.

If you choose to purchase additional years of service coverage, they will be added consecutively after the included one-year service plan.

If you are experienced in DTF, you understand this type of disclosure.

You will be able to see the printer producing output at pickup. I only sell units that I believe are reliable and suitable for DTF production.

Software

RIP software is not included with this printer.

I do not use CADLink, so I will not be demonstrating the printer with CADLink or Digital Factory. While you may choose to use CADLink if you prefer, my demonstrations will be done with AcroRIP.

We have also developed our own RIP software, Yink Studio, which is currently in the testing phase. However, this printer is being sold without any RIP software included.
