BCH DTF Printer Service Plans
$249.00
For BCH R2R DTF, BCH Converted ET-8550 DTF, and Supported Third-Party DTF Printers
Protect your DTF printer with a BCH service plan designed to reduce repair labor costs and give you access to professional repair support after the initial warranty period.
BCH service plans are sold separately and are available in 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year options. Coverage and pricing vary by printer type because different printers have different labor requirements, part costs, and repair risks.
Standard Labor Plan
The Standard Labor Plan is designed for customers who want repair support without paying full hourly labor charges.
Included:
- Repair labor coverage
- Diagnostic labor coverage
- Professional repair support
- No hourly labor charge for covered repair work
- Available in 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year terms
Customer is responsible for:
- $80 Shop/handling fee per service visit
- Replacement parts
- Shipping costs, if applicable
- Consumables and maintenance supplies
- Damage caused by shipping damage
Premium Parts + Labor Plan
The Premium Parts + Labor Plan is designed for customers who want stronger repair protection. This plan includes covered repair labor and approved covered replacement parts (the printhead is a consumable item and not covered).
Included:
- Repair labor coverage
- Diagnostic labor coverage
- Approved covered replacement parts
- Professional repair support
- No hourly labor charge for covered repair work
- Available in 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year terms
Customer is responsible for:
- $80 Shop/handling fee per service visit
- Shipping costs, if applicable
- Consumables and maintenance supplies
- Wear items or excluded components such as printheads
- Damage caused by shipping damage
Important Service Plan Terms
Service plans are sold separately from the printer. The service plan begins from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
A shop/handling fee applies to each service visit. This fee helps cover intake, handling, inspection setup, administrative processing, and service preparation.
The Standard Labor Plan covers repair labor only. Replacement parts are not included.
The Premium Parts + Labor Plan includes approved covered replacement parts, but coverage varies by printer model and part availability.
Service plans do not cover:
- Ink
- DTF film
- Powder
- Printhead
- Cleaning solution
- Consumable items
- Unauthorized modifications
- Unauthorized repair attempts
- Shipping damage
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect printer function
For third-party DTF printers, parts coverage depends on whether compatible replacement parts are available. If a part is unavailable, discontinued, proprietary, or must be sourced from the original manufacturer, BCH may provide labor support while the customer is responsible for obtaining or paying for that part.
Recommended Plan
For most customers, the Standard Labor Plan is the most affordable way to reduce repair costs.
For customers who want stronger protection, the Premium Parts + Labor Plan is the better choice because it includes both covered labor and approved covered replacement parts.
For roll-to-roll DTF printers and third-party DTF printers, the Premium Plan is recommended because repair labor and downtime can be more expensive.
For converted ET-8550 DTF printers, the Standard Labor Plan is often enough for customers who are comfortable paying for smaller replacement parts when needed.

Best thing ever!! i used to put cleaning solution in the capping station with a syringe/hose then had to suck out f the wast line with a syringe.... over and over until the capping station was clean. maybe up to 10 times. now i just use maybe 1 or 2 - 30ml syringes full of water and the pump cleans it out so good.... then I put capping solution, place printhead over capping station and turn on the back of the machine. thats it. when i print again, usually next day, I pull from waste tank a few times until I get ink, then i run 1 head cleaning , print a test strip and usually good to go. I sometimes print a 2nd test strip. SO MUCH easier to use this little pump. so glad I bought it.

TMS Printhead Maintenance System by BCH: Comprehensive Cleaning and Maintenance Solution
This is a must have modification to save time troubleshooting. You will need to download Kevin's capping station video to disassemble the capping station. A definite must. You will also need a few other connections to hook this up. All parts are linked in his videos. Pro tip. Have patience and go slow. This modification will save you from a lot of headaches . I did this mod on Procolored L1800 about a year old . Thanks Kevin.

Waste Ink Collection Tank Combo with Small Tube for Epson (AS-EP-WASTE-25MM)
I purchased this product and messed it up first time. I somehow got superglue onto the main circuit board on the colour cartridge and for some reason (not sure how) I messed up the black one too. I repurchased the product (x2). I tried again with the colour one first (which is meant to be the most difficult). I was careful to wrap the circuit board and print head in cling film and taped it down on top. I was careful with the superglue and let it dry upside down for 24 hours so that if the glue leaked anywhere it wouldn't go towards the circuit board. It works great. I now have a functioning refillable colour cartridge. I am glad I got the hardest one out of the way first. I will shortly try the black one. But fantastic that overall, I know this product will save me a fortune in printing now. The colour one is obviously the hardest and it works! Good job guys. (I am from the UK which is why we spell colour with a u lol).
