Do not order a replacement part based on "00041" alone. First, photograph the entire error message and check whether the full code is "000041." A missing zero can change the diagnosis. If the confirmed code is 000041, a paper-feed overload is one possibility to investigate, but the display does not by itself prove that the paper-feed motor has failed.
Turn the WF-7720 off and unplug it before inspecting accessible areas. Remove both paper cassettes and check for torn paper or foreign objects. Inspect the rear paper path and removable duplexer, then reinstall everything securely. You can also look inside the accessible print area for scraps, but do not force the carriage, pull on cables, or touch the clear encoder strip.
