A problem with the white-ink tubes or peristaltic pump by itself would not normally disable a printer’s power button. Those components belong to the ink-management system. Some DTF setups share a rear master switch or power feed between the printer and the ink system, though, so the exact behavior depends on the printer and conversion. The ticket does not identify a printer model, so this cannot be diagnosed from the symptom alone.
Start with safe external checks: confirm the outlet works, inspect the power cord and connections for visible damage, and check that any rear master switch is fully on.
