Question: I connected everything according to the motherboard diagram I bought from the site, but when I powered on the printer, the control panel no longer turned on. I also posted a link to a video of what's happening. What could be the issue?

I appreciate your concern! I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner. The Control Panel Will Not Power On
Here are some reasons why it doesn't power on after motherboard installation.
Loose or Wrongly Connected Cables
- Please ensure all your ribbon cables and power connectors are seated and connected correctly.
- Please ensure no tangled or pinched cables and all connections are correctly oriented for power flow.
Power Supply Issues
- If the motherboard worked, the printer worked at one point before swapping a new one. Could you verify that the power adapter and cord are working?
- If another component is available, try the power supply with it to check for faults.
Do not feature signs of damage or compatibility issues
- Is your printer model compatible with the motherboard?
- Check the board for apparent physical damage: burnt parts, cold solder joints, etc.
Addition of Firmware or Software Configuration
- None of the new motherboards (e.g., Insyde/Motorola motherboards) function without firmware initialization before running normally.
- If applicable, install or update the firmware according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
You can diagnose the issue with your printer with a unique tool known as the Adjustment Program from Epson. Here is a step-by-step guide:
- Launch the Adjustment Program and choose the USB port name of your printer from the dropdown menu.
- Select Specific Adjustments, then scroll down and choose Check Printer Information.
- Click Check, and the latest error code will appear at the top as error number one.
- For error interpretation, go to Google and search "BCH" Epson Error." Yo" will easily find our page, where we explain Epson Triple Secret Error Codes.
- Sensor error APG. This software is commonly given to Epson techs, although DTF printer sellers sometimes share it. If it is unavailable, you might have to look online for a copy to read.
