Question:
I have an Epson L3210 printer that isn’t printing black, and I can’t refill the black ink. The ink won’t flow into the ink deposit. What can I do to fix this?

If the ink bottle and the valve on the tank are not correctly aligned, the liquid will be prevented from flowing, which will usually cause an issue with the Epson L3210 EcoTank pulling ink. Sequence. Several third-party ink bottles do not match the EcoTank system’s design, and their shape does not allow for smooth ink flow. To fix this, remove the ink bottle from the tank and turn it upside down for a few seconds, allowing it to reinsert firmly. This adjustment typically sets the valve right and starts the ink channeling.
If the ink still doesn’t flow, gently tap lightly on the top of the ink bottle while it’s inserted. You should be able to hear a quiet sound, like a slight gurgle, as the ink begins to fill the reservoir. The sound indicates that the blockage has cleared.
If you use OEM ink bottles, the problem is less common, but it can still happen. Please be sure to look for any dried-up ink or debris blocking the tank valve or the tip of the ink bottle. Moisten a lint-free cloth or cotton swab with isopropyl alcohol, then wipe the affected areas to clean up ink residue and ensure a smooth ink flow.
