Our services, due to a surge in demand, are subject to a typical waitlist of 2-4 weeks, and it's essential to be aware that your mainboard won't be attended to immediately upon its arrival. This listing exclusively caters to the mainboard models specified, prioritizing them for swifter service. Equipped with all necessary tools and testing beds, we're able to offer superior and cost-effective solutions. Please consult our other listings for services related to different models. If a mainboard received doesn't align with the models mentioned in this listing, the repair fee will be adjusted based on the cost of the actual model received.

Instructions on how to disassemble the mainboard are provided, but please note that we do not take responsibility for guiding you through the installation or removal of the mainboard. The links provided should only be used as references. Be aware that some items on this list may incur a cost. Also, this list is not comprehensive and does not cover every possible aspect.

What is the Mainboard Repair Service?

Mainboard Only. This service is for individuals who can remove the mainboard from their printer and send it to us. If you would like to send in a full printer, we offer other services. Receiving anything other than a mainboard will result in an additional charge. Our labor for mainboard repairs includes:

• Troubleshooting the mainboard
• Checking all SMD components, such as fuses, capacitors, transistors, and MOSFETS
• Checking internal memory (firmware) if possible
• Conducting a thermal analysis of the board to detect any leaks or short circuits

Shipping Not Included. As a local business, we expect customers to drop off their printers at our store (address provided below). If you are located outside of our service area, you will be responsible for both shipping costs.

No Gurantee. We cannot guarantee that the mainboard will work once repaired, as we cannot test it with your specific printer model (we usually do not have it available). We will do our best to fix any issues we find and repair the most common components, but the mainboard may still not function on your printer.

Labor Only. Replacement parts are not included. If a new part is needed, we will communicate with the owner. Not all mainboards can be repaired, and we cannot guarantee a successful repair.

Wait. Please note that there is always a waitlist, so reach out to us before sending in your mainboard. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping or repair, and the printer is considered to have no value. Shipping and materials are not included; this service covers labor only.

How it works:

1. Email your printer model to support@bchtechnologies.com to receive an estimated repair time frame and information on what part to send in.
2. Purchase the service on the appropriate page. If you visit our store, we accept cash or credit card payments.
3. Get the mainboard to us (address provided below).

How to get the printer to us:

LOCAL: 

1. Send an email to support@bchtechnologies.com. Put the order number and REQUEST DROP OFF TIME in the title—for example, Order 12345 Request Drop Off Time. The email body gives us three possible drop-off time slots to choose from. (9 AM to 4 PM)
2. You can drop it at our warehouse at 506 Radar Road, Suite B, Greensboro, NC 27410. Once you are on Radar Road, you will see huge numbers on the top of each building. We are in building 506. If Google Map brings you to the loading dock, drive around to the front of the building.
   

Continental USA: 

Our receiving address is below. Make sure to put your order number at ####. We receive a massive amount of printers each day. If your printer doesn't have the ###, it may be mixed with other shipments.

Please note the following points regarding our mainboard repair service:

• We cannot guarantee a successful repair.
• The mainboard is considered non-working and of no value when ordering this service.
• No compensation will be provided for any damage or loss during transportation or repair.
• Upon completion of the repair, you will receive a Paypal invoice for parts and return shipping.
• You must pay the invoice and pick up the printer within 7 calendar days from receipt of the invoice.
• If the printer is not picked up or the invoice is not paid within 14 days, it will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
