WaterTornado™ Printhead Unclog Machine - Service Kit for L1800, L805, 1390, 1430, 1400 - Adapter for TMS Kit

This adapter kit is compatible with TMS, but please note that the TMS machine is not included. This kit needs TMS machine to function properly. Warning: This machine is not a miracle maker and cannot unclog printheads that are beyond repair.

The kit uses laminar flow to create micro-turbulence, gently dislodging particles from the printhead nozzle. A series of micro-turbulence structures generate inverted whirlpools, akin to a top-down water tornado, to penetrate and clear clogged nozzles. Instead of pushing or pulling directly, the water spirals into the nozzle openings, similar to how a drain is unclogged-not by direct force, but by using a spiral motion to dislodge the blockage. This method offers a safe cleaning approach that avoids the potential damage of traditional push-pull method (power flushing). Designed for extended use, it removes clogs slowly but effectively without causing harm. You can visually monitor the unclogging process to decide if a more aggressive approach is needed. This machine is suitable for use on both the entire printhead and the printhead core for more thorough unclogging and is compatible with both L1800 and L805 printheads.

Tubes
7 x 1 ft tubing (Six for printhead nipples and one for water outlet)
1 x Six inch tubing to connect to TMS water outlet

1 x 10 ml syringe

* TMS Machine
* One gallon of distilled water, available at grocery stores or make your own with this machine https://amzn.to/3yzveZ6.
* A container, or you can use the gallon jar from the distilled water
* A kitchen sink and some paper towels
* Lots of patience. This machine operates slowly but surely.
