Important Notes for ET-8550 & XP-15000 Owners
Both the Epson ET-8550 and XP-15000 contain two separate 041B driver chips, identified on the board as:
IC800
IC801
Each 041B requires one pair of MOSFETs (2 pieces).

Therefore:
ET-8550 → Requires 2 pairs (total 4 MOSFETs)
XP-15000 → Requires 2 pairs (total 4 MOSFETs)
If you plan to fully refresh or repair the power stage for both 041B driver ICs, be sure to order the correct quantity.

Why These MOSFETs Are Required
When these MOSFETs fail, the printer typically:
Prints completely blank
Shows no error messages
Sounds normal but no ink reaches the paper
Fails all nozzle tests with no lines printed
These symptoms occur because the MOSFETs control the high-current power that activates the printhead. A failure here cuts power without triggering any detectable system fault.
Replacing both MOSFETs together is the correct repair method, as they age and fail as a pair.
