Question:
It seems like there may potentially be a tool that can save you from rebuilding printheads on the cheap: the WaterTurnado™ Printhead Unclog Machine (https://bch-youtube-fan-store.myshopify.com/products/waterturnado%E2%84%A2-printhead-unclog-machine-service-kit-for-l1800-l805-1390-1430-1400-adapter-for-tms-kit) what I would like to know is if you think it would work on my XP-15000? Otherwise, do you have a compatible version of the XP-15000?
Answer:
Regarding your question, the XP-15000 uses a printhead different from the models currently supported by the WaterTurnado Printhead Unclog Machine. Unfortunately, that means the current version will not work with it.
That said, we are indeed in the process of creating a variant for the XP-15000. Stay tuned for updates! To stay up to date, we recommend subscribing to our YouTube channel (https://youtube.com/@bchtechnologies) and checking the store for all new releases.
Since printer issues are a hands-on problem to delve into, it can be very complicated to refine these problems. Therefore, we cannot offer support suggestions, remote troubleshooting, or assist in printer repairs. As a possible solution, we have a local diagnostic facility (https://bchtechnologies.com/printer-repair-service) where we do the in-house diagnosis and repair service. As this has a high influx, we run on a first-come, first-serve basis, so it can take weeks before we can book your printer to drop it off. We have prepared to repair the entire printer or certain functions through the service stage. However, we recognize that we are not the cheapest in the game. Therefore, we suggest that you take to the internet and do some research for a solution yourself. You may begin exploring YouTube or click on the homepage of our YouTube channel (https://youtube.com/@bchtechnologies); clickable videos will appear. You can look with the search icon beside “About” on the right-hand side of the menu bar. Daily, we get dozens of public replies about videos in your queue for specific topics. It’s hard to recall every video one has made over nine years. So, the best way would be to use YouTube’s search function. YouTube may also recommend relevant videos from other channels that could help you.
Thanks once more for your message! Your support means a lot to us, and we hope this helps! For any other questions, check out our tutorial videos on YouTube (https://youtube.com/@bchtechnologies)!!
