Question:
I have watched many of your videos, and they are so helpful! Do you have any videos that specifically describe UV ink and TX800 printheads?
Answer:
I have not branched off with a UV ink and TX800 printhead specific covering video yet, however, many of the videos I have do share principles of maintenance and troubleshooting. For the relevant content you can search it in the search of my channel on YouTube:
Subscribe to my YouTube Channel: (https://youtube.com/@bchtechnologies)
On the right side of the channel page, click the search icon (magnifying glass).
Type in related words like "printhead cleaning", "UV ink maintenance", "TX800 troubleshooting", or other similar key search terms.
This will narrow down results in my channel, so you can find the most relevant videos.
Final Thoughts
Printer problems can be tricky to solve because repairs are tactile by nature. As such, we cannot provide advice on any remote troubleshooting, suggestions, or direct support on printer repairs. Nonetheless, we provide on-site evaluation and repairs at our local diagnostic centre (https://bchtechnologies.com/printer-repair-service). Due to volume all services are PROVIDED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS AND WAIT TIMES CAN BE UP TO A FEW WEEKS. We recommend either complete printer repairs or you can easily order parts followed by a step by step guide. That said, we know our repair rates are not always the cheapest so we strongly recommend self-help via online resources!
One of the best places to search is our YouTube channel homepage (https://youtube.com/@bchtechnologies) with the search feature to find applicable videos. Since I get a lot of queries daily it’s hard to remember each and every video I’ve done in age. By searching on YouTube you can ensure not only my videos were found, but also some potentially useful content from other creators.
Thank you, as always, for your interest and support! You are free to ask any more questions if you have.
