Epson ET-4750 Stuck in Printer Inspection Mode: Exit Codes, Firmware Recovery, and Mainboard Repair

Question
My Epson EcoTank ET-4750 became stuck in "Printer Inspection Mode" while I was physically unclogging the printer. How can I exit this mode, and is there a code or button combination for the ET-4750? The method used for the ET-16500 does not appear to work.
I have already tried installing recovery-mode firmware and performing a firmware downgrade with WIC Reset Utility. However, WIC Reset stops responding and eventually cannot find the printer. What else can I do?

What Is Printer Inspection Mode?
Printer Inspection Mode is a hidden diagnostic environment included in some Epson printers. It is intended primarily for factory inspection, refurbishment, mainboard initialization, and service work rather than ordinary printing.
