Question
I found your video on refilling HP 67 cartridges while researching printers. I already have syringes and ink from other kits. Do you sell the priming kit separately? Also, I’m considering an HP 200 Series wide-format printer that uses HP 712 cartridges with separate CMYK cartridges. Do you have any information or refilling kits?
Answer
Thank you for reaching out with your question, and I sincerely apologize for the delay in responding. I understand that printer and cartridge issues can be time-sensitive, and I appreciate your patience while I provide a detailed and thoughtful answer. At BCH Technologies, we’re grateful for your engagement and support, primarily through our YouTube channel (https://youtube.com/@bchtechnologies). Your feedback is essential in helping us expand and improve our technical knowledge. We sell the priming clips separately for the HP 67 cartridge priming kit. These clips are designed to remove air pockets from cartridges and ensure a smooth ink flow after refilling. You can find the HP 67 priming clips on our website here (https://bchtechnologies.com/products/priming-clip-for-hp-ink-cartridge-60-61-62-63-21-27-54-56-74-75-93-94-95-97-98-901-110-22-28-57-75-93-95-59-100-102-664-as-pmclip-t-hp). These clips are compatible with various HP cartridges and will help you successfully prime your refilled cartridges.
As for the HP 712 cartridges used in HP 200 Series wide-format printers, we don’t have any refill kits or detailed instructions for these models. Unfortunately, refilling wide-format cartridges like the HP 712 can be more complex due to the chips and advanced ink management systems these cartridges use. For this reason, I recommend searching YouTube or Google for tutorials or guides specific to these cartridges. You might find helpful resources from other channels or websites specialising in wide-format printer refills.
Addressing printer and cartridge issues can be challenging due to the hands-on nature of these tasks. While we can’t provide direct remote troubleshooting or support for such repairs, we offer an in-person evaluation and repair service via our local diagnostic facility (https://bchtechnologies.com/printer-repair-service). Our services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and may take a few weeks. Whether you need a complete repair or help with specific parts, we provide clear instructions on how to proceed.
