Question:
I am new to the DTF world, bought me a UNINET 1000 (kinda like a DTF Pro Model J) and it stop printing after washing the print head with Windex — hence "beep of death." I just watched some of your vids, I love it. Could you order but just a few questions:
- Do you give discounts or promo codes?
- Replancing the Paper Sensor in the back of tray to resolve my issue
- Do I need any software after changing my motherboard?
- Do you have any edits to recommend so that my printer performs better? Personally, I think it is great; however, I want to make it even better.
- At the same time, I saw a red light on my control board – do I need to panic?
Answer:
Thank you so much for getting in touch and watching the things we make! I hope most of you have participated in our videos (https://youtube.com/@bchtechnologies) from BCH Technologies. What you say to us does make a difference in how we mold our abilities and serve you best.
Discounts and Offers:
Our marketing placement is through TargetBay, an inbound marketing company. They generally offer a discount on new sign-up subscriptions and a reward point reduction. You can visit TargetBay to learn more. You can also check CouponsAndDiscouts for more info and deals. At BCH Technologies, we mostly deal with printers and the parts they use. If you have any queries about discounts and rewards, we will ask the customer to discuss them with the TargetBay company.
Substitute the Paper Sensor (PE Sensor)
The sensor you are speaking of is the PE Sensor. This sensor has been removed by many manufacturers and hard-wired to their breakout boards, and I am surprised that UNINET is still using its own. Could you show me a meme, and I will tell you more precisely? FYI, the PE sensor is non-essential; some brands may not have one. Without the UNINET 1000 model, I cannot promise this. Gut says they might only do away with making you change the sensor if it seems like it is heading out or scene-specific failure.
Mother Board Replacement Software Needed
After integrating a new motherboard, sometimes even a print model requires an entirely new firmware or software integration. Most new motherboards have already been flashed with the necessary firmware. It would be best to use a tool like the Epson Adjustment Program for some settings programming or reset. Read your printer manual, but you might have to install software—if so, refer to the company. Some sellers will give you RIP software, like DTFRIP or Cadlink. Contact Seller For Software Support.
Control Board Red Light:
Several errors could trigger the red light. This list highlights indicators that various control panel LEDS might indicate, depending on known issues in Epson-based consumers (such as the UNINET-1000). The control panel lights for the roll feeder online/offline were also rewired. You'll have to contact UNINET or DTFPro directly for more info on this.

The LCD light sometimes needs to inform you the exact error. If you want to know the error, this tool will not provide good information; instead, download the Epson Adjustment Program.
The Epson Adjustment Program is a tool created explicitly for diagnostics and to make certain adjustments on an Epson printer. Follow the same steps for downloading and installing from the third-party source (e.g., eBay) that works with your printer model. Open the tool once installed and pick your printer from the options. Ensure that the printer is connected correctly to the USB port of your computer. Once in, go to "Particular Adjustment," navigate to "Printer Info," enter it, and choose to check the error function for your error codes. The program will be connected to the printer and show any history of errors with codes and explanations explaining the issue. For example, E-01 (fatal error) or E-10 (ink system error) are common errors that indicate hardware or ink pad issues. Once the error is diagnosed, you can use this program to reset non-critical errors, like resetting inkpads after a change. You will be taken to the list of Epson error codes that you can use to identify which specific element has failed after obtaining these codes. After fixing the issue, reset your printer with the Adjustment Program, then reforcing a test page to verify that you have reset everything in your Canon.
Recommended Upgrades:
If you need print head cables, an updated power supply board would help enhance your printer's performance. These components would then be other upgrades for a bit more money—better quality materials will mean longer lasting and more reliable. The use of advanced DTF ink also increases print quality and durability. However, I would avoid any other modifications unrelated to the performance benefits you seek.
