Premium CR Motor Heat Sink Assembly with Fan for L1800, 1390 DTF & DTG Printers
$19.99
Experience new productivity levels with BCH's uniquely designed Heat Sink Assembly, engineered explicitly for L1800, 1390 DTF, and DTG printers. This product is your ultimate solution for effective heat management, ensuring that your printer's CR motor remains at optimal temperatures, no matter how intensive your printing requirements are.
The CR motor of these printers, responsible for driving the printhead carriage return assembly, generates significant heat, especially during extended use. While this is typically manageable for sporadic printing, DTF and DTG printers often encounter thermal stress due to the full-width graphics they produce. Over time, this excessive heat can impact performance and the life of your printer. BCH's Heat Sink Assembly has been created to address these issues head-on. It dramatically enhances the motor's heat dissipation by expanding the surface area over which the heat can spread. The integrated fan then effectively removes this heat, ensuring your printer runs cool, no matter how heavy the workload.
This assembly boasts a 5V 0.2A DC brushless fan, chosen for its longevity and high efficiency. Its design is ideal for extensive usage, ensuring your printer can handle long, busy hours without a hitch. Furthermore, the fan's brushless technology reduces noise and vibrations, creating a quiet and smooth operation.
Easy to install, the Heat Sink Assembly can be powered by a 5V input. If you do not have one readily available, you can easily repurpose an old phone charger or a used USB charging cable to power up the fan. This makes our heat sink assembly a practical, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly solution for your printing needs.
Take a proactive approach to extend the life of your printer and maintain excellent print quality over time. Choose our Heat Sink Assembly and enjoy peace of mind knowing that your L1800, 1390 DTF or DTG printer is protected from harmful overheating.

I would encourage each and everyone who pays large sums of money for ink cartridges to consider buying these convenient and inexpensive Ink refills. Also, go to Youtube and learn how to use these inks in your used cartridges. I knew ink cartridges were expensive, but never realized the extent of this over-priced product! I use about 4-5 slight squeezes to fill my cartridges and the bottles last quite some time. I am so happy to be able to print in color and not have to worry about the cost of new cartridges.

Excellent replacement which fixed the issue I was having. Great videos illustrating how to implement the fix. Well done BCH! Great job with the video. Helped me get the printer disassembled, broken gear removed, and new gear installed. Heating the replacement to ease installation was a winner!

Thank you Kevin for this very detail video. The pump in my printer was completely clogged. Your video was very helpful. Luckily, I didn't have to completely disassemble the pump. One step before completely disassembling the pump I was able to flush out the clogs inside the tubes. This video is a valuable tool along with print head cleaning, tools and other maintenance tips. I would recommend this video to anyone that has a clogged pump. While the printer is apart inspect and clean other areas. Thanks again Kevin.
