BCH Production Bulk High-Speed DTF Ink – 250 mL per Bottle
BCH Production Bulk High-Speed DTF Ink is formulated for fast DTF printing systems that place greater demands on ink flow, droplet formation, and surface wetting. It is designed for BCH-converted ET-8550 printers, BCH R2R A3 printers, and compatible XP-600-based systems.
One of the most common problems in high-speed DTF printing is visible striping across large areas of a single color. This can happen even when the nozzle check is complete and the printhead is not clogged. At higher carriage speeds, ink droplets have less time to spread, connect, and blend evenly with neighboring droplets before the next pass.
This production formulation uses optimized surface tension, wetting behavior, and flow characteristics to help droplets land and merge more consistently. The result is smoother solid-color coverage, more uniform gradients, and fewer visible color stripes during high-speed printing.
Main Benefits
-
Helps reduce color striping in large solid-color designs
-
Formulated for high-speed DTF printing
-
Supports more consistent droplet formation and placement
-
Helps improve uniform color coverage
-
Provides stable ink flow during production printing
-
Formulated for a reduced clogging tendency
-
Suitable for XP-600 and ET-8550 printhead systems
-
Supplied in economical 250 mL production bottles
Designed for High-Speed Printing
Ink that performs adequately in slower printers may not produce the same results in faster systems. Printers such as the L1800 and 1390 operate at lower speeds, giving deposited ink more time to spread and combine.
High-speed systems require ink with carefully balanced flow and wetting characteristics. BCH Production Bulk High-Speed DTF Ink is intended to improve performance when printing:
-
Large blocks of one color
-
Solid backgrounds
-
Dark or saturated designs
-
Smooth gradients
-
High-coverage graphics
-
Long production runs
-
Jobs printed at faster carriage settings
Reduced Striping Without Hiding Printhead Problems
This ink is designed to address striping caused by droplet behavior and uneven wetting. It does not hide mechanical or maintenance problems.
Visible lines may still be caused by:
-
Missing or deflected nozzles
-
Printhead misalignment
-
Dirty encoder strips
-
Incorrect media-feed calibration
-
Damaged dampers
-
Unstable ink pressure
-
Poor capping-station seals
-
Incorrect RIP settings
Always perform a nozzle check and confirm that the printer is operating correctly before adjusting ink or print settings.

Bulk Production Packaging
This product is supplied in plain production packaging without a retail label. Each bottle is individually sealed for protection during storage and shipping.
The unlabeled packaging helps keep the cost lower for customers who regularly operate BCH-converted or BCH-supported printers. This product is intended for production use and is not packaged for retail resale.
Compatibility
Recommended for:
-
BCH-converted ET-8550 DTF printers
-
BCH R2R A3 DTF printers
-
Compatible XP-600-based DTF systems
-
Other BCH-approved high-speed DTF configurations
Compatibility depends on the complete printer setup, including the printhead, dampers, ink-delivery system, circulation system, RIP software, print mode, and operating environment.
This ink is not advertised as a universal replacement for every DTF printer.
Changing From Another Ink
Do not mix this ink directly with an unknown or incompatible ink formulation. Different inks may use different pigments, surfactants, binders, and stabilizers. Mixing them can change viscosity, surface tension, color, and pigment stability.
For best results:
-
Drain the existing ink.
-
Flush the ink-delivery system using the appropriate cleaning solution.
-
Replace contaminated dampers or filters when necessary.
-
Fill the system with BCH Production Bulk High-Speed DTF Ink.
-
Prime the lines and confirm a complete nozzle check.
-
Perform color calibration if required.
White Ink Maintenance
White DTF ink contains suspended pigment and requires regular maintenance.
-
Shake the bottle thoroughly before filling the printer.
-
Maintain proper white-ink circulation or agitation.
-
Keep the printer in regular operation.
-
Maintain the capping station and waste system.
-
Follow the recommended temperature and humidity range.
-
Do not allow white ink to remain stagnant for extended periods.
No DTF white ink should be considered maintenance-free.
Important Notice
This ink is formulated to help reduce striping and improve high-speed print consistency, but final output depends on the printer, printhead condition, RIP profile, film, powder, curing process, and environmental conditions.
For best results, use this ink as a complete matched set rather than mixing individual colors from different ink systems.
Bottle size: 250 mL
Packaging: Unlabeled production bottle, individually sealed
Application: Direct-to-film printing
Recommended systems: BCH ET-8550 conversions, BCH R2R A3 printers, and compatible XP-600 systems

Instruction Sheet for L1800 / 1390 Printhead Testing with Multimeter (Digital Download) Instant Download — Delivered to Your Email
Best thing ever!! i used to put cleaning solution in the capping station with a syringe/hose then had to suck out f the wast line with a syringe.... over and over until the capping station was clean. maybe up to 10 times. now i just use maybe 1 or 2 - 30ml syringes full of water and the pump cleans it out so good.... then I put capping solution, place printhead over capping station and turn on the back of the machine. thats it. when i print again, usually next day, I pull from waste tank a few times until I get ink, then i run 1 head cleaning , print a test strip and usually good to go. I sometimes print a 2nd test strip. SO MUCH easier to use this little pump. so glad I bought it.

TMS Printhead Maintenance System by BCH: Comprehensive Cleaning and Maintenance Solution
This is a must have modification to save time troubleshooting. You will need to download Kevin's capping station video to disassemble the capping station. A definite must. You will also need a few other connections to hook this up. All parts are linked in his videos. Pro tip. Have patience and go slow. This modification will save you from a lot of headaches . I did this mod on Procolored L1800 about a year old . Thanks Kevin.
