• This is  a E09A7418A Chip.  It is 418 (SOP24), not E09A7218A (SOP28). 
• No return/refund
• No need to program, mount and use
• This chip drives the printhead to print.  If your printer works and can do self-cleaning, everything is normal except the page is blank, check (1) if the F1 fuse is blown and (2) if this driver chip is bad or not.  Of course, check if the printhead is clogged too.  
• 418A is usually for 4 color printers and 218A is usually for 6 color printers.
