Refurbished fresh in the USA. We've been in business for 10 years. The key to success is to keep the printhead FRESH. You order TODAY, we will refurbish it TOMORROW. So there will be a minimum of a two-day fulfillment time. Once we have a 100% nozzle check, we will pack the printhead in a moisture-sealed package and ship it to you immediately. The package will be shipped with USPS first-class mail and takes 3-5 days (up to 14 days with current USPS slowdown).

Once you receive it, install it immediately or within 24 hours. The installation video can be found on YouTube (Watch code: m13fPCV7qVQ). The printhead is filled with wetter solution, so the first few prints will be blank. We suggest running up to six printhead cleanings on the first day, sit the printhead overnight, then run six more cleanings the second day. Of course, if any of the cleanings produce a good nozzle check, stop the cleaning. If the printhead is still not working after a total of 12 cleanings, contact us.

To minimize nozzle drying, this product is shipped WET. You need to install and test within 48 hours upon receiving them.
