Control Panel Issue

All replacement parts are rigorously tested before shipping. If the control panel is unresponsive, common issues could include:

• Control Panel FFC Cable Issues: Ensure the FFC cable is securely attached to the mainboard and undamaged. Because this product's FFC cable has super fine teeth, you may want to have a new set of cable if the FFC cable's teeth seems to be uneven.
• Mainboard Problems: A faulty mainboard can prevent communication with the control panel. Always check the mainboard before replacing the panel. If you aren't sure, we have a mainboard repair program.

Please do not simply replace the panel if your printer doesn't turn on. It's like replacing the headlights on your car when it won't start — the problem could lie elsewhere, and focusing on the wrong part won't resolve the issue.
