📘 How the Process Works

🛒 Step 1 — Purchase the Service

Add the Mainboard Repair Service to your cart and check out.

At checkout, provide a text-capable phone number for updates. If you prefer email updates, include a written note inside your package.

📬 Step 2 — Ship Your Mainboard (or local drop off)

After purchase, remove your mainboard and ship it to the address below.

IMPORTANT: For fast processing, write the following clearly on your shipping label:

This helps us identify your board immediately upon arrival. 

Pack the board securely, use anti-static protection, and place your order number INSIDE the package as well.

Local drop-off? Use the address above in your GPS. Look for the large building numbers and go to Building 506. Drop-off hours are 9 AM–4 PM (Not 5), Monday–Friday.

International Customers: Both UPS/DirectLink are available. You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and international fees.

⏳ Step 3 — Repair & Updates

After check-in, we will diagnose your board and notify you if additional parts are required.

You may:

• Buy replacement parts from us, or
• Source parts yourself.

After work is completed, we send a separate invoice for return shipping and any parts used.

🔧 What Is Included in the Mainboard Repair Service?

• SMD component testing (fuses, capacitors, MOSFETs, etc.)
• Firmware chip inspection (when possible)
• Thermal/short-circuit analysis
• Component-level repairs for typical failures

Shipping Not Included. You pay shipping both ways.

No Guarantee: Some boards cannot be saved even after component-level repair. We cannot test every board in an associated printer model.

Labor Only: Parts not included unless invoiced separately.

• No compensation for damage/loss during shipping or repair.
• Unpaid items after 14 days may be considered abandoned.

Policy on Malfunctioning Items

Any irreparable or damaged items may be discarded unless you request them returned in advance and provide a postage-paid return envelope.
