Version 1 High Performance White Ink Stirrer Mixer for L1800, 1390 DTF & DTG Printers - with GA25-370 Motor
$29.99
A white ink mixer is essential equipment for properly mixing or agitating white ink used in printing processes. White inks are typically thicker and contain more pigment particles than other colors, which can settle at the bottom of the container when not in use. This can result in clogging, inconsistent color, and poor print quality.
The white ink mixer works by stirring the ink to evenly distribute the pigments throughout the medium, ensuring a smooth, consistent ink that delivers the same high-quality print every time.
About the Motor
Introducing the high-performance Gear Motor, expertly designed for all your liquid mixing needs. This mechanical marvel features a stable gear transmission, high efficiency, wear resistance, and impressive transmission torque. Specifically engineered for stirring white ink, it meets the demands for low-speed operation (250-300 RPM), high torque tolerance, and extended motor life, thanks to its 24V high-performance motor.
The standout feature of this Gear DC Motor is its innovative geared motor design. The gear set converts the motor's original high speed and low torque into a low speed, high torque state, enhancing its functionality under the same voltage conditions. With a geared motor, external forces struggle to stop it, making the motor more powerful and reliable.
While it operates at a slower pace than a non-geared motor, it compensates by providing a larger load capacity, ideal for tasks requiring substantial torque, similar to an elevator carrying multiple people. Despite minimal energy loss during deceleration, the sheer convenience and power it offers make the Gear Motor DC an invaluable asset in diverse applications. Elevate your operations with our Gear Motor DC, where high torque and convenience converge.
Specifications:
- DC Voltage: 24V

Transistor Pair C6144 (2SC6144) and A2222 (2SA2222) for Epson EcoTank & WorkForce WF-2630

The main board works again! Prior to purchasing the main board, my Epson WF-3640 would give the 0x9a error code, which I deduced was due to a short-circuited clogged printhead, that blew out the fuse on the main board. Disassembling the printer, I had checked the main board fuse with a multimeter and sure enough, it was blown. So, I chose to buy a main board from BCH, as I was sure I could not fix the fuse itself. I also bought some new cables for the print head/main board as one of them looked burnt where it was inserted in the print head. I purchased a used printhead elsewhere, though, as BCH didn't seem to have one in stock. After installation, the printer worked again, though the used printhead--again purchased elsewhere--was clogged. I can't blame that on BCH, which is why I stress that I purchased the printhead elsewhere. Nevertheless, everything from BCH worked perfectly. It may work too perfectly, for when I initially powered up the unit without ink cartridges, I didn't get any error message saying to install cartridges. I don't know why that is. It could be just the way the WF-3640 works and I had never noticed it before, but once everything was installed, it merely said the nozzle and/or printhead was clogged and asked me to run a cleaning. All in all, I am very satisfied and would purchase from BCH again should I have the need to do so. Lastly, the YouTube videos and BCH website instructions were spot on! I had initially wired back the mainboard incorrectly but I re-watched the video and found my error before I powered up the unit. My only regret is that I accidentally may have left the "Anonymous Anonymous" review below without adding text, which I have remedied with this comment.
