Due to the precision of the injection molding, there may be a thin film around the washer and in the middle of the washer. Use fingers to tear off the thin film before using.

After receiving the Grade A L1800 mainboard back from verification from BCH Tech and it still did not work on either of my computers (Win10 & Win11) as the same error was showing, I finally found a solution. I had to reinstall Windows (new install overtop of existing to keep all files and apps, but fixes any corrupted files) on both computers and not it is working properly. I apologize for the original negative review but rest assured it is not Kevin's fault. Thanks for you understanding and sorry for the original review.
