Unclog and revitalize your Epson XP-15000 or XP-6000 printhead with our MaxStrength DTF/DTG cleaning solution. Designed to dissolve hardened white ink clogs, this ultra-powerful cleaner restores smooth ink flow, preventing costly repairs and downtime.
⚠ Warning: This is a highly concentrated formula and must be diluted to at least 1:200 (1 ml solution per 200 ml distilled water) before use. Using it undiluted can cause irreversible printhead damage. Always perform a drop test before application.
How to Use:
1️⃣ Dilute Properly – Mix 1:200 with distilled water and perform a drop test before application.
2️⃣ Choose Your Cleaning Method:
- Cartridge Cleaning: Fill an empty cartridge with distilled water, run cleaning cycles, then switch to the diluted cleaning solution.
- Direct Flushing: Use the included adapter to apply the solution directly into the printhead.

Soaking Method: Submerge the printhead in diluted solution for a deep clean.
3️⃣ Rinse Thoroughly – Always follow up with distilled water before reinstalling ink.
Important Notes:
- For experienced users only – Not for beginners unfamiliar with printhead cleaning.
- Not for regular maintenance – Use diluted at 1:500 for routine cleaning or our wetting solution for prevention.
- Not compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, or UV inks.

Found this item on a Reddit post somewhere and their YouTube video on how to replace this module. My Epson ET-3850’s WiFi has been inconsistent the past 6 months or so and then finally clonked out, giving a WiFi error message on the screen. Without the WiFi working I wasn’t able to print anything via AirPrint, only hardwired via USB. For $25 this was worth a shot to bring it back to life. The disassembly and swapping out the module was relatively easy, just follow their video tutorial. It was a simple plug and play. My printer’s WiFi is stable now for over a month! No resets, reboots or reconnections needed! Thanks for this, highly recommended!

The HP 9018 Paper Pickup Roller Assembly precisely matches the original assembly that was no longer feeding paper properly. With the help of a flashlight it is possible to to see the new rollers that are spring loaded in contact with the top surface of the paper stack in order to feed it properly into the printer as a document or image is printed. There is still an additional problem with the printer that is greatly slowing the printing process that is so far inexplicable, BUT the new roller assembly does its job correctly. The original roller assembly would only feed paper if there was a very thick stack of paper, but would not drop down as needed to maintain contact with the paper stack in order to feed the paper when the paper stack was reduced to about 3/4 inch in thickness. The new paper roller assembly from BCH is a great solution.
