Why Fresh DTF Ink Makes a Difference? Avoid Common Quality Issues!

Question:

What kind of DTF ink do you use for printing, and where do you recommend purchasing it to ensure consistent quality?

Answer:

At BCH Technologies, we use our own brand of DTF ink, which is available directly through our store: BCH Technologies Store (https://bchtechnologies.com). When purchasing DTF ink, it’s crucial to pay attention to where the ink comes from and how it’s handled. Many sellers, including us, also sell on platforms like Amazon. However, there are some important things to keep in mind:

Amazon’s Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) system stores products in its own warehouses. Unfortunately, Amazon warehouses aren’t ideal for ink storage because they don’t stir or rotate the stock regularly. DTF ink needs proper care to maintain its consistency and quality. This issue is especially common with ink shipped in containers from overseas sellers. The ink may sit for months at sea and then additional months in the warehouse, resulting in sedimentation and degraded performance.

At BCH Technologies, we avoid this problem by producing our DTF ink fresh every Monday. Any ink we produce is either used in our print shop or shipped directly to our customers, ensuring consistent quality and performance. If we run out of ink, we won’t ship anything until the next production cycle on Monday. This is why, on occasion, you may experience slight delays in our shipments, but it guarantees you receive fresh, high-quality ink every time.
