Possible Causes of Yellow Ink Not Printing
From what you’ve described, you’ve already tried both head cleanings and power cleanings, which is a great start. The yellow ink still won’t print despite these efforts, likely due to a physical blockage or flow issue between the tank and the printhead. Here are the top suspects:

Clogged Yellow Ink Hose
This is a common issue. If the yellow ink isn’t reaching the printhead, the hose could be completely blocked with dried ink—especially if the printer has been unused for a while or if DTF or pigment ink was ever used. -
Clogged or Failing Damper (Ink Filter)
The damper sits between the hose and the printhead and can become clogged or fail to regulate ink pressure. If it’s dry or collapsed, it can block ink delivery. -
Vacuum Leak or Air Gap
Any small air leak in the hose or tank fitting can break the siphon pressure needed to deliver ink. This might not be visually obvious, so carefully inspect all fittings and joints for hairline cracks or loose connections. -
Clogged Nozzles Despite Cleaning
