Question: I recently ordered a few items but don’t remember choosing a particular delivery option. One with 4-5 week shipping time I wouldn't have picked, I'm sure. It would have been done automatically without my knowledge if this had occurred. I selected PayPal Express, thinking it would guarantee speedier delivery. But I couldn’t see any way to choose a delivery method. If PayPal Express is fast, why did it lead to such slow shipping? I needed these parts for repairs for two printers three weeks ago, and this surprise delay is highly frustrating.

Several parties are involved. BCH handles the purchasing and shipping processes, but the shipping carrier delivers the goods. Unfortunately, we do not have control over shipping timelines once your package leaves our facility.
