How to test your power supply:
Update 4/20/2021. Today, a "customer" returned a power supply. Two seals were tampered on both sides, and he/she carefully lifted the cover and replace the inside with his/her faulty unit. We learned the lesson and put seals on each of the four corners from now on. It will be impossible to lift the cover without breaking all four seals. Here are the pictures of the return.

After receiving the Grade A L1800 mainboard back from verification from BCH Tech and it still did not work on either of my computers (Win10 & Win11) as the same error was showing, I finally found a solution. I had to reinstall Windows (new install overtop of existing to keep all files and apps, but fixes any corrupted files) on both computers and not it is working properly. I apologize for the original negative review but rest assured it is not Kevin's fault. Thanks for you understanding and sorry for the original review.
