This Epson Maintenance Box Chip Resetter aids in resetting the counter on your printer's waste ink pad. The maintenance box accumulates waste ink expelled by the printer during its functions. Once the printer predicts that the box is reaching full capacity, it stops functioning until the box is replaced. You may notice error messages such as "Epson ink pad is at the end of its service life" or "parts inside the printer have reached the end of their service life" indicating this issue.
Our resetter offers a practical hardware solution. You simply remove the maintenance box, locate the chip, place the chip on the resetter, and press down for a few seconds. This will reset the counter to zero.
The resetter is compatible with the Epson maintenance box C9345. A wide variety of printers use this type of box, and not all models can be listed here. The resetter comes with a label that lists some compatible models, but not all. There have been instances where customers requested returns because their models were not listed on the product label, yet their printers used the C9345 maintenance box. As it requires considerable resources to validate each case, and due to return requests based on model listing issues, we've decided to cease accepting returns on this product. Customers are responsible for verifying if their printers utilize the C9345 waste tank, as we can't assure that every compatible model will be listed on our product packaging.

The HP 9018 Paper Pickup Roller Assembly precisely matches the original assembly that was no longer feeding paper properly. With the help of a flashlight it is possible to to see the new rollers that are spring loaded in contact with the top surface of the paper stack in order to feed it properly into the printer as a document or image is printed. There is still an additional problem with the printer that is greatly slowing the printing process that is so far inexplicable, BUT the new roller assembly does its job correctly. The original roller assembly would only feed paper if there was a very thick stack of paper, but would not drop down as needed to maintain contact with the paper stack in order to feed the paper when the paper stack was reduced to about 3/4 inch in thickness. The new paper roller assembly from BCH is a great solution.
