How to Clear a Capping Station Blockage on a Procolored L1800 Printer

Question:
I have a Procolored L1800; who should I turn to? We suspect a blockage in the capping station, but we do not know how to resolve it. We’ve cleaned the printhead, but the ink leaks from the capping station's pad. Are we doing something incorrectly, or what more could we do? I’ve been unsuccessfully looking for Punehod’s customer service number, and this site appeared in my search. Can you help us sort this out?

Know How Capping Station Works:

• Leaking ink onto the ink pad.
• Preventing it from being cleaned and primed correctly.
