1 x Unclogging Adapter for Epson Printhead Cleaning: ET-8500 ET-8550 and mesh versions of XP-830 XP-630 XP-635 XP-640 xp600 xp800 XP-810 EP776A. NOT for nipple versions.

Unclog and restore your Epson printhead with this industrial-strength DTF/DTG cleaning solution. Formulated to tackle tough, dried white ink clogs, this highly concentrated cleaner works deep within the nozzles to dissolve hardened ink and improve ink flow.

⚠ Warning: This solution is super concentrated and must be diluted to 1:200 (1 ml solution per 200 ml distilled water) before use. Using it undiluted may cause printhead damage. Always perform a drop test before application.

How to Use:

1️⃣ Dilute Properly – Mix at least 1:200 with distilled water and perform a drop test.
2️⃣ Choose Your Cleaning Method:

• Cartridge Cleaning: Fill an empty cartridge with distilled water, perform cleaning cycles, then use diluted cleaning solution.
• Direct Flushing: Use the included tube and syringe to carefully push the solution through the printhead.
• Soaking Method: Place the printhead in diluted solution for deep cleaning.
  3️⃣ Rinse Thoroughly – Always flush with distilled water before re-installing ink.

Important Notes:

• For experienced users only – Not for beginners unfamiliar with printhead cleaning.
• Not for regular maintenance – Use diluted at 1:500 for routine cleaning or try our wetting solution for prevention.
• Not compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, or UV inks.
• Works only with mesh-type printheads – Do not use on nipple-style heads.
• If this cleaner can’t fix your clogged printhead, a replacement may be necessary.
