1. Extra-sharp text and graphics on plain paper. Because pigment particles "rest" on the surface of the paper and are not aborbed into the fibers like dye ink, the print is sharpter than dye ink.
2. No bleeding-through on double sided printing. With precise penetration control, which keeps colorant on the surface of paper, the double-sided print will have less bleed-through than dye ink
3. Brighter colors. With an innovative formulation of color inks, BCH pigment ink has brighter output on plain, matte, and glossy paper than other pigment inks.
* DURABrite is a trademark by Epson Company. DURABrite pigment ink uses microencapsulation technology where each pigment particle is encases ina resin. A unique polymer pulls the particles apart so they are suspended in the solution and don't coagulate.

It was just what we needed. Thanks to your YouTube instruction I was able to order the part and fix my 83 yr old sister's printer. After receiving the Grade A L1800 mainboard back from verification from BCH Tech and it still did not work on either of my computers (Win10 & Win11) as the same error was showing, I finally found a solution. I had to reinstall Windows (new install overtop of existing to keep all files and apps, but fixes any corrupted files) on both computers and not it is working properly. I apologize for the original negative review but rest assured it is not Kevin's fault. Thanks for you understanding and sorry for the original review.
