Premium Concentrated Cleaning Solutions for DTF Inks - MaxStrength™ Against White Ink Clog
$15.99
Warning: Super Concentrated. Must be diluted below 1:200 (1 part cleaning solution: 200 parts distilled water by volume). Severe printhead damage and ink coagulation will occur if the concentration is higher than 1:200.
Unclog and Revitalize Dried Print Nozzles with Our Industrial-Strength Cleaner
Our industrial-strength cleaning solution is expertly formulated to tackle the most stubborn white DTF ink clogs. It works deep within the printhead, thoroughly cleaning and unclogging even the toughest ink deposits.
Instructions for Use:
This concentrated product must be diluted before use. Due to the varying compositions of DTF ink, perform a drop test to determine the correct dilution ratio. Start with a 1:200 ratio (1 ml cleaning solution to 200 ml distilled water, or 38 ml per gallon), and prepare a small 20 to 30 ml sample. Add a few drops of white ink. If the ink coagulates or becomes dense, add more distilled water and test again. Alternatively, reduce the water incrementally to achieve the strongest cleaning concentration without causing coagulation.
Methods to Deliver Solution into the Printhead:
Step 1: Deliver the Liquid
Option 1: Using a Cartridge
- Fill an empty cartridge with distilled water.
- Use the printer's built-in function to clean the printhead three times.
- If using the power cleaning function, wait 12 hours before repeating.
- If using the regular cleaning function, wait 20 minutes before repeating.
- Print a CMYK pattern; if any color appears, repeat the process.
- Fill another set of cartridges with the DTF cleaning solution and run the cleaning cycle two to three times.
- Switch back to distilled water cartridges and clean three more times.
Option 2: Flushing with the Included Tube
- Use the included flushing tube to push the liquid into the printhead. This method is more aggressive and requires caution to avoid damage.
- Connect the printhead with the flushing tube and draw out the remaining ink.
- Fill a syringe with distilled water and gently push it through the printhead.
- The ink should come out in color beads, not a spray. If it sprays, reduce the force.
- Continue until all colors are gone.
- Place the printhead in a sealed container for 2 hours and repeat until no colors appear after two hours.
- Switch to BCH DTF cleaning solution and repeat the process until no colors come out.
- Finally, use distilled water to flush out any remaining cleaning solution.
Additional Warnings:
- This product cannot be mixed with fresh ink at its original concentration.
- It is designed for hard clogs only, not for regular cleaning or maintenance.
- Thoroughly clean the printhead with distilled water before using this solution, and flush out all cleaning solutions afterward.
- Do not use with solvent, eco-solvent, or UV inks.
- This product is for experienced users only. If you are new to unclogging printheads, seek professional assistance.
- Do not leave the solution at 100% concentration inside the printer for more than 24 hours.
- Use at room temperature and avoid heating above 95°F.
- Always put the lid back on when not in use and keep the solution in its original bottle.
This is our most powerful DTF ink cleaner. If this solution cannot save your printer, it likely cannot be saved. For minor clogs, consider our more economical clear or green solutions. For regular dye, pigment, or sublimation uncloggers, try our red cleaning solution.

Excellent replacement which fixed the issue I was having. Great videos illustrating how to implement the fix. Well done BCH! Great job with the video. Helped me get the printer disassembled, broken gear removed, and new gear installed. Heating the replacement to ease installation was a winner!

Thank you Kevin for this very detail video. The pump in my printer was completely clogged. Your video was very helpful. Luckily, I didn't have to completely disassemble the pump. One step before completely disassembling the pump I was able to flush out the clogs inside the tubes. This video is a valuable tool along with print head cleaning, tools and other maintenance tips. I would recommend this video to anyone that has a clogged pump. While the printer is apart inspect and clean other areas. Thanks again Kevin.

This is actually my 2nd CISS system. The first was from a vendor preassembled and filled for plug and play with a Canon 2720. After installing it, I realized that the 4x45ml capacity wasn't clearly stated and is much too small. I then swapped out the tiny Black 45ml tank with a BCH 500ml tank. Easy. 45ml colors are sufficient. I can run the Canon for 4 months. More importantly I learned how a CISS is assembled and it's operating characteristics. Today I ambitiously added a 500ml BK and 3x75ml Color tanks to my Brother MFC-5930DW refillable cartridges. I have to refill the cartridges every 2 weeks. Now I should have at least 4 months between refills. BCH had all the parts to build my CISS and explanations on how the CISS bottles work and their positioning.
