Description

Due to high demand, our waitlist is typically 2-4 weeks long. Please note that we cannot immediately work on your mainboard when it arrives. If you would like to send it to us, you are welcome to do so, but it may take a few weeks to get to it. You can check our current waitlist at BCH Waitlist.

What is this service?

  • Specific Parts Only. Our service will replace the requested parts on your mainboard. No troubleshooting, repair or testing will be done. Your mainboard may not work if the problem is not related to the parts you ordered.
  • Labor Only. This service only includes labor costs. Depending on the number of parts that need replacing, customers will be required to pay for the parts and return shipping.
  • Mainboard Only. This service is for customers who can remove the mainboard from their printer and send it to us. If you want to send in the full printer, an extra $150 will be charged for removing and reinstalling the mainboard.
  • Shipping Not Included. As a local business, we expect customers to drop off at our store (address provided below). If you are located outside of our service area, you will be responsible for both shipping costs.
  • No Gurantee. We cannot guarantee that the mainboard will work once repaired, as we cannot test it with your specific printer model (we usually do not have it available). We will do our best to fix any issues we find and repair the most common components, but the mainboard may still not function on your printer.
  • Wait. Please note that there is always a waitlist, so reach out to us before sending in your mainboard. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping or repair, and the printer is considered to have no value. Shipping and materials are not included; this service covers labor only.

How it works:

  1. (Optional) Email Your Printer Model: To receive an estimated repair time frame, you can email your printer model to support@bchtechnologies.com.
  2. Purchase the Service: If you choose to visit our store, we accept both cash and credit card payments for our services.
  3. Get the Mainboard to Us: Both local drop-off and mail-in options are available. Please refer to the information below for more details on the methods.
  4. We Will Email You an Invoice: After receiving the mainboard, we will email you an invoice covering the cost of replacement parts and shipping charges (if applicable).
  5. Pay for the Parts and Shipping: Once you have reviewed and confirmed the invoice details, you can make the payment for the replacement parts and shipping.
  6. Receive the Mainboard Back: After we have completed the repair and replaced any necessary parts, we will return the mainboard to you.

How to get the mainboard to us:

LOCAL: 

    1. Send an email to support@bchtechnologies.com. Put the order number and REQUEST DROP OFF TIME in the title—for example, Order 12345 Request Drop Off Time. The email body gives us three possible drop-off time slots to choose from. (9 AM to 4 PM)
    2. You can drop it at our warehouse at 506 Radar Road, Suite B, Greensboro, NC 27410. Once you are on Radar Road, you will see huge numbers on the top of each building. We are in building 506. If Google Map brings you to the loading dock, drive around to the front of the building.

Continental USA: 

Our receiving address is below. Make sure to put your order number at ####. We receive a massive amount of printers each day. If your printer doesn't have the ###, it may be mixed with other shipments.

Please note the following points regarding our mainboard repair service:

  • We cannot guarantee a successful repair.
  • The mainboard is considered non-working and of no value when ordering this service.
  • No compensation will be provided for any damage or loss during transportation or repair.
  • Upon completion of the repair, you will receive a Paypal invoice for parts and return shipping.
  • You must pay the invoice and pick up the printer within 7 calendar days from receipt of the invoice.
  • If the printer is not picked up or the invoice is not paid within 14 days, it will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
